As per map there is airport expansion to take place south west of mysuru . It could also be a risk if government acquires our land at say 2 lpg and we purchase at 4lpg. Need to be careful.

Kiadb phase 2 immavu industrial area
Kiadb has acquired land near immavu (8 kms from devlapura) of approx 1000 acres at rs 2 lakh per ghunte.
The agent was quoting rs.4 lakh per ghunte for nearby land. I think its worth buying it
There is another land 1 km from airport and 2km from devlapur 13 ghunte x 2 . Quoting 6lkpg. Tar road attached
Also film city is planned to come in this immavu area
